1.Spinning: The process of turning various kinds of woven fibers into yarns.

2.Weaving: A fabric in which the yarn is formed into a coil by weaving a needle into a coil, and the coil is placed in a series at a time.

3.Dyeing: The process of coloring a fibrous material with a dye or pigment to give it a certain fastness.

4.Integrity: through physical and chemical processing, the appearance and internal quality of the fabric can be improved, and the wearability of the fabric can be enhanced or given special functions.

The characteristics and application scope of knitted fabrics

Knitwear is characterized by softness, moisture absorption, perspiration and warmth, and most of them have excellent elasticity and extensibility. Compared with woven cloth, it is high yield and is suitable for small batch production.Knitwear is comfortable, close-fitting and can fully reflect the human body curve.Knitted fabric is the most widely used fabric for children's wear. The raw materials are mainly natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk and wool, as well as chemical fibers such as polyamide, acrylic and dacron.Knitted fabrics vary in structure, vary in variety, and have distinctive appearance.Used in the past for underwear, T-shirts, etc.Nowadays, with the rapid development of knitting industry and the birth of new finishing technology, knitted fabric wear performance greatly improved, almost applicable to all categories of children's wear.

Washing and maintenance of knitted fabrics

Knitting fabric can be used in various detergents, can be washed by hand or by washing machine , but not chlorine bleaching. The soaking time should not be too long to avoid fading of fabric. To avoid exposure to the sun, so as not to fade dark clothes and dry in the sun, the inside outwards.Be sure to wash them separately from other clothes and do not wring dry to avoid wrinkling.

Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, which may reduce fastness and cause fading and yellowing, especially in the sun.

Other applications of knitted fabrics

Knitwear is soft in texture, has good anti-wrinkle and air permeability, but also has greater elongation and elasticity, suitable for underwear, tights and sportswear, etc.Knitted fabric can also be used as outerwear after changing structure and improving dimensional stability.Knitwear can be first woven into grey cloth and then cut and sewed into various kinds of knitwear. It can also be directly woven into fully formed or partially formed products, such as socks, gloves, etc.

Knitted fabrics are not only used as underwear, outerwear, socks, gloves, hats, bed sheets, bedspreads, curtains, mosquito nets, carpets, lace and other clothing, life and decorative fabrics, but also widely used in industry, agriculture, medical and health care and other fields.
