Shoes are nice and comfortable and not expensive. Good value. However, delivery is too expensive and slow. I paid £14 for a delivery that took more than 2weeks to arrive. There was a cheaper option I think it was £7 and I wonder how long that would have taken. My suggestion for improving your service-be honest how long it’ll take to deliver and don’t pretend that something is imminent when it isn’t.
