I bought two pairs of shoes as a gift for my mum. Unfortunately, the leather pair didn’t work for her because of problems with her feet, and we wanted to return them. However, due to the high cost of return shipping, the store very kindly allowed us to keep the shoes and still gave us a refund. I really appreciate such wonderful customer service. The second pair fits my mum perfectly! I liked them so much that I ordered the same pair for myself in a larger size.)) They are beautifully made. I especially love the embroidery and the gorgeous floral design on the soles - such a lovely and original detail! I’m very happy with both the shoes and the way the store treats its customers. Highly recommended!
