The sweater is very nice, but it smells like it was stored in a damp environment. It smells like mold and chemicals. The plastic bag it was contained in really smelled terrible. So far I have placed it in the dryer at very low to air it out, but that is insufficient. I would not recommend your products.

As I've emailed you several items, I love your designs but when the items arrive, the quality of the materials is very disappointing and DO NOT look like the pictures on your website. Your items are VERY expensive so I expect the quality to be top-notch as well and it isn't. In this case, the sweater material is cheap looking, and the hot air balloons do not stand out like in the picture on your website. I have also told you several times that your sizes do NOT fit the average American woman. Your plus size items are cheap and frumpy looking. I have asked repeatedly that you make the 4-6 US sizes in the 14 to 16 US size but you never do
; just make excuses that they would be more expensive to make. You do make plus sizes, so what's the problem? And if the plus sizes are dumpy/frumpy looking, who will buy them??
