This is great!
Item says it needs to be dry cleaned, but I washed it, did NOt dried it in dryer and it did not shrink. Had I dried it surely would had.
I order several.items together. Took.a longer time than any other time before, and had to keep after customer service.
Finally all came at once.

Generally I am satisfied with your products. I have ordered more items from you for a longer time. I was very surprised that even during the time of COVID19 you have stored the earlier ordered paid and delivered packets ( a dress ) when it was rejected by me. After the pandemic you have sent it to me again. I took over it and was happy that the packet was not lost during this time. Though I have a size problem with it as the dress is too large I do not know if I can wear it once. I would like to ask you if I can get some discount for the dress as sending back is not worth. I have already an experience with it. I do not have now the order number. It’s nice but disappointing. It’s smaller and very much shorter than It looks in the picture. I’m 5ft 4 so not especially tall and it falls much higher on me than on the models and the sleeves are too short. I would be reluctant to but from these again
