I always like the styles of clothing you send me, often the fabrics are not as advertised by you, and the colours are at times are very different to the photos on your web site ( Once bought a dress that was blue in photo turned up to me in black and white checks!!) . I have paid more than the advertised amount as you have calculated NZ Dollars incorrectly.
However I do like the designs you sell, would suggest you use better fabrics.

The fabric is horribly cheap and the cut awful! And the customer service is beyond awful. Not only did they argue with me about returning my items (which I returned because they were ill fitting and GARBAGE material… think 70's clown pants and dresses and maternity wear for a hippo) but then they refused to refund me the money I was owed. This was a $750 order, mind you! Thankfully Paypal saw in my favor or I would have been out the money. I was made to return the items at my own cost ($80!!) "Lemon" claimed they hadn't received the package (even though I sent it to the exact address they told me to) but then in another email I was told that I expected too much and when they opened my package they were "sad" to see that I had returned everything.
Thieves and shoddy workmanship. Sad, really, because the pictures make everything look so nice.

I love the shape and weight of this dress. I usually wear layers, so it is refreshing to have a dress that is warm enough without a sweater over it in the wintertime. It's a great design and very comfortable and stylish.

I am a short person compared to most North Americans. I find that the arm length of the Buykud clothes is a bit short for me. For North American clients, I would recommend that you increase the length of the arms in your clothes.

1 - your design is great but I can't spend the value of one item to return it back if it doesn't fit or if I don't like it. you should find a creative alternative to avoid import taxes for return shipment. think about it! I would purchase more.
2 - you should be more accurate and fast in your online chat. I had 0 response from you for days. this is not acceptable in on-line purchasing.

Heavy jersey material, nicely designed and fits well. I'm a size 10 and 5'3" and found it flattering. It washes and drys without needing ironing so perfect for work.

I just received the dress which is ok and fitting me although I am much taller and larger than the model, BUT the add says "100% cotton" and that is DEFINITELY NOT the case (I know how cotton feels). Furthermore, the dress bears no label indicating the composition or how to wash it.

If you are worried about looking bulky around the hips, then this is not for you. But the fabric is thick and the crew neckline is perfect. I'm 5'4" 112 lbs and don't mind that it gets wider at the hip then slims in from there... It's big and artsy and fun; great over rolled up tight jeans...

I was unsure about ordering a one-size fits all dress from a company that makes clothes to fit Asian women. I was afraid it would be too small. I am pleasantly surprised. I'm 5'6 and of medium build and the dress fits great. It's made of a nice heavy knit. I haven't washed it yet, so I'm not sure how it will handle washing, but so far I'm pleased with the dress.
